📚 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a graduate/postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines like:
- Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)
- Finance (CA/MBA Finance)
- Human Resources (MBA HR/PGDM)
- Law (LLB with relevant experience)
Work experience ranging from 3–12 years is typically expected, depending on the level of the role (Officer / Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager).
💰 Salary Structure
- Officer Level: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 per month (approx.)
- Manager Level: ₹80,000–₹2,20,000+ based on position
- Includes allowances like HRA, DA, project allowance, and performance incentives
